Fredrik Strage "FESTIVAL FLOPS"

Welcome to experience the new phenomenal one-man show "FESTIVALFLOPPAR WITH FREDRIK STRAGE": The one festival would be a Swedish Woodstock. The other would stop the spread of nuclear weapons. It went to hell. Fredrik Strage tells in his own brilliant way about the history of rock festivals, with a special focus on two mythical Swedish megaflops, and takes the audience to raucous rock parties, smashed hotel rooms, groundbreaking music, bone-breaking mosh pits and severe traumas. Anyone who has ever worn a festival bracelet, or decked in a Småland field, will love Strage's reports from his life at the riot fence!

»I do it for rock's sake. And for everyone who is too old and tired to go to a festival, but who still wants to experience the special magic. Seeing my new show is like going to a rock festival minus all the hassle. You avoid tinnitus, hangovers and herpes. You also avoid the music, which could be a disadvantage, but most people who see me live probably agree that it's more fun to hear someone talk about music than to listen to it.« / Fredrik Strage

Strage writes for DN, often talks on TV4 Nyhetsmorgon and runs the podcast "Hemma hos Strage". He has toured the country with the acclaimed one-man show "Strage on Stage" - but NEVER been as far east as Österlen and comes here when it's at its best in July! Hurray! For us, Strage is a superb intelligence officer, a Stockholm metropolitan, dark-eyed with a skin pie and we love him! He is a brilliant music journalist, writer, author, pop critic and artist interviewer - and also absolutely phenomenal on stage himself!
